Penthouse Apartment

The penthouse apartment was designed in a newly constructed luxury apartment building in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. The interior embraces the client’s belief in the energetic power of nature and combines this with their fashion sensibility. Therefore, the rooms use natural materials and have an air of polished magnificence. Some rooms feel light and airy during the daytime, however, at night, the space feels dark and sultry, fitting for the parties they host.

Sleek but Soothing Materials

The style is sophisticated modern with sleek lines and luxurious materials. There is a balance of warm and cool. For instance, slate grey unpolished concrete runs up against warm colored wood floors. Hard metal accents contrast with silky velvet textiles. Warm-hued cove lighting creates a glowing feeling.
